    El articulo plantea una aproximación al concepto de ciudadanía desde el prisma del género. Un análisis que parte de la revisión de algunas de las críticas vertidas sobre la ciudadanía desde la teoría feminista y su aplicación a un contexto particular: el diseñado por los proyectos nacionalistas. En este sentido, se pretende profundizar en las intersecciones entre género, ciudadanía y nacionalismo y observar algunas de sus implicaciones en el caso vasco. Un ejercicio que interroga sobre las características y paradojas que un concepto ambiguo como el de "ciudadanía" presenta, cuando se le observa bajo el prisma del género y en relación a un contexto peculiar como el nacionalista.

    The article is an approach to the concept of "citizenship" from the gender view. The analisys arises from the revision of sorne of the critiques about the concept of "citizenship" emphasized by the feminist theories. Then, those critiques are connected with the context of nationalist proyects. In this sense, the article is an attempt to go deeply into the intersections between gender, "citizenship" and nationalism, and to notice sorne of its implications in the context of the Basque Country. Finally, the essay wants to focus on differents paradoxes involved in an ambiguous concept as "citizenship" looking at it through the gender view, and showing it in relation with a particular context as the nationalist one is.
