Este artículo trata de señalar y resolver la problemática existente acerca del acceso al Registro de la Propiedad de las decisiones urbanísticas. En consecuencia, los actos administrativos en esta materia y la forma en que éstos han de ser registrados son objeto de análisis.

This articule tries to point out and resolve the problems about the access of town planning decissions in the Property Register. Therefore, the administrative acts in this matter and the way in which they must be registered are analysised.
