¿Ocio frente a negocio? Petrarca y Rodrigo S. de Arévalo: primeras huellas del Petrarca vulgar

    Este trabajo está dedicado a manifestar los valores de la obra de Petrarca De otio religiosorum, con una puesta al día de la investigación sobre dicha obra y a investigar la posible vigencia e influencia de dicha obra en la literatura castellana del siglo XV a través de un representante importante, el autor Rodrigo Sánchez de Arévalo (1404 -1470). Para ello se escoge la comparación de una carta-tratado de este último al prior de la cartuja de Sevilla, a fin de contrastar el enfoque de ambos ante la valoración del 'otium' en sus respectivos tiempos.

    This work is dedicated to manifest the values of the work of Petrarca De otio religiosorum, offering the results of more out standing investigations up to today and to investigate the possible validity and it influences of this work in the Castilian literature of the XV century across an important and representative author, Rodrigo Sánchez de Arévalo (1404-1470), choosing for the comparison a letter-treated from this last one to the prior of the Carthusian monastery of Seville , in order to contrast the focus of both in the face of the valuation of the 'otium' in its respective times, and to be able to see if there was or it does not influence of that humanist in this Castilian author.
