    Este trabajo consta de dos partes diferenciadas. En primer lugar, analiza el grado de implicación de las empresas andaluzas en los mercados de valores regulados y trata de aproximarse a las razones que alientan tal actitud, algunas de ellas compartidas con las empresas localizadas en el conjunto de España y otras que se derivan de las peculiaridades del tejido empresarial de esta comunidad autónoma. En segundo lugar, contiene una reflexión sobre las posibilidades y conveniencia de la creación de un mercado de valores de carácter andaluz y apunta algunas iniciativas que se están poniendo en marcha en la actualidad con objeto de aproximar a las medianas y pequeñas empresas al mercado bursátil.

    This paper has two clearly defined parts. On the one hand, it analyses the stage of involvement of the andalusian firms in the equity and debt markets and it also tries to be olse to the reasons justifying it, some of them shared with the spanish firms and some others derived from the peculiarities of the andalusian enterprises. On the other hand, this study reflects on the possibilities and the conveniencie of the creation of an andalusian equity and debt markets and it points out some starting initiatives which seek to bring hearer small and medium firms to the stock market.
