  • Resumen
    • The author wonders if Phaidra is really a poor woman, suffering from Hippolytus, Theseus and men arround her or if she is instead a dangereous woman able to kill and destroy men. He examines the works of Euripides, Seneca, Racine and Unamuno; then he concludes that there is a kind of fifty-fifty in this character; both faces of Phaidra are shown. That is the reason why she keeps being an interesting character in western literature.
