Intentamos en este trabajo, simplemente, ordenar cientos de noctas y fichas que hemos ido elaborando durante muchos años sobre Hidronimia Gallega. Procurando no eludir dificultades, y profundizar en los análisis, lo que nos ha llevado frecuentemente a tenemos que conformar con la presentación de dos o tres posibilidades, con la esperanza de que otros, con más conocimientos o documentación, por lo menos refuercen una posibilidad sobre las demás, para acercamos a la verdadera solución.

We try in this work, simply, to order hundreds of notes and cards that we have gone making during many years about galician river names. We try not to avoid difficulties and to go deeply into the analysis, what has often led to agree with the presentation of two or three posibilities, with the hope that the others, with more knowledges or documentation, at least they reinforce a posibility above the others, for approaching us to the true solution.
