Resumen de Hacia un diagnóstico latinoamericano para la creación de empresas con la aplicación del Modelo GEM 2006

  Esta investigación está centrada en los países de Latinoamérica que pertenecen al grupo gem y su objetivo fundamental es relacionar los contenidos de sus principales bases de datos para obtener evidencia empírica primaria con respecto a las variables que afectan el nivel de actividad empresarial que registró la región durante 2006. Se analizan datos e informes que sirvan en posteriores investigaciones como base para calcular el indicador principal: Total Entrepreneurial Activity de la región latinoamericana. Este estudio únicamente pretende emitir un diagnóstico inicial para Latinoamérica, a través del Modelo gem. Se ha llegado a una serie de resultados y conclusiones básicas pero muy importantes que nos permiten apreciar algunas de las fortalezas y debilidades actuales y futuras de la región durante el período 2006-2030.

  This research focused on Latin-American countries belonging to the GEM, (the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor), a research organization. The principal objective of this research is to correlate the main database contents in order to obtain empirical evidence about the variables affecting the level of entrepreneurial activity in the region during 2006. The analysis of data and reports serve as groundwork to calculate the main indicator, the TEA (total entrepreneurship activity) of the Latin-American region. This study is guided only to elaborate an initial diagnosis for Latin-America through the GEM model. The results and conclusions allow to appreciate the present and future weaknesses and strengths of the region for the years of 2006 through 2030
