Resumen de El inicio de una nueva etapa en el CSIC
A principios de 1993 se publica el Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC) que adapta la estructura del organismo al modelo de planificación y coordinación del sistema español de I+D previsto en la Ley de la Ciencia. Desde finales de 1977, la institución se rige por un reglamento orgánico que democratiza su funcionamiento interno en el marco de la Ley Fundacional de 1939. Oficialmente se inaugura una nueva etapa. Este artículo es una reflexión personal sobre esta fase de la historia del CSIC que abarca desde 1991 hasta 1996. = Organization and operational regulations for the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, CSIC) were published in 1993, defining the structure of this institution and ensuring it conformed to the planning and coordination model of the Spanish R&D system as described in the Science Law. Since 1977, this institution must conform to a constitutional law that ensures its democratic organization and internal operation, as stipulated in its 1939 National Science Research Foundation, which represented the beginning of a new period in the history of this institution. The author provides a personal reflection on the events that occurred between 1991 and 1996 at the CSIC.
