Resumen de Estudiants, Germans y docents: el primer segle del Col.legi i Universitat de Gandia

  Este artículo pretende una nueva síntesis entre estudios y fuentes ya conocidas y nuevas aportaciones sobre la historia docente de la Universidad y Colegio de Gandía. Ésta vivirá durante el siglo XVI y buena parte del XVII en una alternancia de cátedras y actividades docentes de carácter diverso hasta una primera consolidación de sus estudios hacia 1650. Plasmamos la relación entre estudios, economía y los diversos conflictos de la Universidad referidos a los grados. Proponemos ampliar el marco de la investigación al conjunto de la Provincia de Aragón de la Compañía de Jesús como el más adecuado para su estudio. Aportamos referencias sobre el desarrollo de actividades docentes y caracterización de pruebas y exámenes que siguieron los miembros de la orden durante este período.

  This article presents a new synthesis between studies and sources already known and new contributions about the educational history of the University and College of Gandía. This center will experiment an alternating of subjects and docent activities of different matter during the XVI and XVII centuries until a first consolidation of its studies in 1650. We study in here the relationship between studies, economy and several disputes in the University focus on the grades. We propose to enlarged the framework of this investigation to the hole of Aragon Province in the Society of Jesus as the most appropiate for its studies. We bring some references about the development of the teaching activities and the tests and exams models whith followed the members of the Society during this period.
