Resumen de El aula escolar, escenario, narración y metáfora: nuevas fuentes para la Historia de la Educación

En este artículo se analizan las nuevas fuentes para la Historia de la Educación, a partir de una reflexión sobre la importancia del aula, eje de la nueva investigación histórico-educativa. La triple dimensión del aula: escenario, narración y metáfora, nos permite distinguir las diferentes fuentes que han ido enriqueciendo el trabajo de los investigadores. Se pretende mostrar que el acceso al pasado de la educación es mucho más fácil, utilizando junto a las fuentes tradicionales las que se basan en la imagen y la ficción, apenas usadas en la historia de la educación, a excepción de la fotografía o la pintura. Por ello se insiste en la importancia del cine y la literatura.

In this article the new sources are analyzed for the history of the education, from a reflection on the importance of the classroom, the central idea of the new historical-educational investigation. The triple dimension of the classroom:
scene, story and metaphor, allows us to distinguish the different sources that have been enriching the work of the investigators. It is tried to show that the access to the past of the education is much easier using close to the traditional sources those that are based on the image and the fiction, scarcely used on the history of the education, with the exception of the photography or the painting. For it one insists on the importance of the cinema and the literature.
