El nuevo paradigma de la dirección de la salud del personal de las empresas en Centroeuropa

    Desde finales del siglo XIX, la OMS, la OIT, y la U.E., han impulsado fuertemente que se trate de la salud, se la proteja y mejore. Estos requerimientos han llegado también a la empresa dando lugar a lo que en el ámbito de la lengua alemana se llama la dirección de la salud. La dirección o management de la salud es un intento de que el capitalismo se humanice, y no sólo extraiga el máximo provecho del hombre a cambio sólo de dinero. Los conocimientos de la salud son una forma de promocionar y de conseguir un patrimonio inmaterial, pero también es importante tratar de reducir las cuotas, número de afectados y días que no se producen, así como los costes por enfermedad, a nivel individual, familiar, de empresa, y de la administración del Estado. También interesa a este management su propia salud, porque también es portador de rendimientos. En suma, las empresas que se preocupan del problema de la salud, consiguen generar un potencial de ingresos, al dar seguridad, y propiciar innovaciones, y más si se ayuda al desarrollo del personal, lo cual supone reorganizar el trabajo, cosa que están llevando a cabo muchas de las empresas de lengua alemana, y no solamente empresas, sino también todo tipo de organizaciones, desde la escuela primaria al grupo social más desarrollado, tal y como se ha expuesto en esta investigación.

    From the ends of the XIXth century, the WHO, the OIT, and the U.E., they have stimulated strongly that treats itself (himself,herself) about the health, and one protects and improves her. These requirements have come also to the company. The management of the health is an attempt of which the capitalism is more human, and not only extract the maximum profit of the man to change only money. The knowledges of the health are a way of promoting and of obtaining an immaterial patrimony, but also it is important to try to reduce the quotas, number of affected and days that not produced, as well as the costs for disease, to individual, familiar level, of company, and of the administration of the State. Also it interests to this management the health in her, because this one is also carrying of yield. In sum, the companies that worry about the problem of the health, manage to generate a potential of income, on having given safety, and to propitiate the innovations or creations, and more if there helps itself to the development of the personnel, which supposes reorganizing the work, thing that many of the companies are taking to end of German language, and not only companies, if not also all kinds of organizations, from the primary school to the most developed social, such group and since it has been exposed in this investigation.
