Comportamientos innovadores de las empresas de servicios avanzados: aprendizaje y entorno en Andalucía

    El objetivo de este artículo es el estudio del proceso innovador de las empresas/establecimientos de servicios avanzados (SA) localizados en Andalucía, centrándonos en la naturaleza de dicho proceso a fin de conocer sus características y las de su entorno. Para ello, distinguimos a través de la realización de un análisis factorial y de cluster siete tipos de comportamientos/regímenes tecnológicos. Estos aportan elementos (niveles de apropiación de resultados, tipos de mercado, bases de conocimiento, etc.) para llegar a diferenciar tres estadios de madurez de la innovación. En tales diferencias resulta clave el proceso de aprendizaje y de acumulación de conocimientos de los SA. Uno de esos estadios innovadores es el mayoritario o predominante, precisamente aquel que se corresponde con el primer estadio o escalón de madurez y refleja los rasgos del inicio y desarrollo del subsector de los SA en Andalucía.

    The objective of this paper is the study of the innovating process of the Advanced Service (AS) Companies/Establishments in Andalucia. We will focus on the nature of such process so that we can get to know their characteristics and those of their environment. To do so, we will distinguish seven types of technological behaviours/patterns using factorial and cluster analysis. This voile provide us the necesary elements (levels of result adequacy, types of market, knowledge bases, etc.) to differentiate three phases of maturity of innovation. Among these different phases, the training process and the accumulation of knowledge of the AS will be key to understanding the issue. One of these innovating phases is the principal one, that one which corresponds with the first phase or step in the process of maturity and the one which shows the features that determine the beginning and the development of the subgroup of AS in Andalucia.
