Le sujet humain se construit par un parcours où il doit se défaire des acquis du passé pour acquérir ce qu'il pressent être sa trajectoire future. C'est le mécanisme vital d'« insertion/désinsertion ». Une conscientisation du passé-présent devient nécessaire pour concevoir ce « présent-futur ». La « biographisation réciproque » ouvre une voie vers cette conscientisation en évitant les écueils d'un récit de vie parfois trop intrusif et interprétatif. Ce concept est développé à partir de l'exemple du travail effectué par les encadrants de chantiers d' d'insertion.

Abstract:
The human subject is constructed through a trajectory in which it is necessary to undo past acquisitions in order to acquire what the person senses to be his/her future trajectory. This is the vital mechanism of insertion/non-insertion. A past/present awareness thus becomes necessary towards this conception of "present/future". "Reciprocal Biographisation" opens the way towards this awareness, whilst avoiding the pitfalls of a life narration which could be too intrusive or interpretative. This concept is developed through the example of the work carried out by staff supervising work-experience insertion-projects.
