    Este trabajo aborda algunas de las relaciones entre violencia y lenguaje. Se divide en dos partes. En la primera, y a partir de un a observación de Marx, se analizan las condiciones que hacen posible el uso del lenguaje como instrumento de la violencia. En la segunda se considera la relación entre el lenguaje y el yo, por una parte, y el lenguaje y la realidad, por la otra, para concluir contra toda una larga tradición que culmina en el joven Wittgenstein que, a un cuando el lenguaje supone una violencia tanto a aquel como a ésta, es preferible al silencio.

    This work faces some questions relatives to the relation between violence and language. It is divided in two parts. The first one, starting from an observation by Marx, analyses the conditions that make possible the use of the language as an instrument of the violence. The second one considers, by one hand, the relation between language and self and , by the other hand, the relation between language and reality. Its conclusion, against a long tradition that had its summit in the thought of the young Wittgenstein, is that even if the language makes a violence both to the self and the reality, it is best that the silence.
