Resumen de La industria agroalimentaria en Carmona. Su evolución en el periodo 1991-2005

En este estudio se exponen los datos de la evolución de la actividad industrial correspondiente al sector agroalimentario desarrollada en la ciudad de Carmona y su término municipal en los últimos 15 años, utilizando como fuente de información la base de datos existente en el Ministerio de Sanidad y Consumo sobre el Registro General Sanitario de Alimentos. No son objeto de estudio, por tanto, los establecimientos que no están sujetos a inscripción en el registro, como es el caso de los comercios minoristas de alimentación y de los establecimientos de restauración colectiva.

In this study there is exposed the information of the evolution of the industrial activity corresponding to the sector agroalimentario developed in Carmona's city and his municipal term in the last 15 years, using as source of information the existing base of information in the Ministry of Health and Consumption on the General Sanitario Record of Food. They are not an object of study, therefore, the establishments that are not subject to inscription in the record, since it is the case of the trades retailers of nourishment and of the establishments of collective restoration.
