El yo descentrado y situado en la cultura

    El yo dejó de ser el lugar físico como esencia que define al sujeto y pasó a ser considerado en términos de relaciones en contextos culturales narrativos; es ahora un yo relacional, con formas de identidad particulares, que posibilita la existen cia del "camaleón social". La versión fuerte de un sujeto que siempre es el mismo decae en la escena y se presenta ahora como un ser precario o vulnerable en el marco de las relaciones posibles en mundos situados en la cultura. Las comunidades en las que pasa la mayor parte del tiempo, el trabajo y la institución, constituyen una hiperrealidad que lo interpretan y determinan; el yo, en consecuencia, deviene en las relaciones y dichas relaciones son sociales. El presente artículo establece los modos y maneras en que un individuo construye y da sentido a su "yo" relacional en un momento histórico determinado, situado en una organización, en este caso del Estado, y da cuenta de la visión subjetiva del entrevistado en términos de la "negociación" entre las tendencias expresivas del yo y las exigencias de la racionalidad institucional, capta la complejidad de una experiencia autobiográfica particular en el tiempo y en el espacio institucional. Se trata entonces de caracterizar la ambigüedad, las contradicciones, las dudas, el cambio y la "vuelta atrás", de la narración de un yo, en un intento por descubrir las claves de interpretación en el contexto de la narración y del mundo posible en el que ésta se produce. Se recurre al estudio de caso y a una metodología cualitativa del relato autobiográfico que en su interior se constituye a partir de las categorías, yo relacional, la relación nosotros, el yo situado en la cultura, los ideales y la racionalidad ideológica institucional, la acción o actuación social, hilo e hitos de la narración y puntos de inflexión o eventos cruciales.

    The Ego stopped to be the physical place and essential that it defines the person and it pass from the essence to the distribution in narrative cultural contexts; it is now a relational Ego, with particular forms of identity that it facilitates the existence of social chameleon. The strong version of a person that is always the same one, decay in the scene and it is presented now as a precarious being in the frame of the possible relationships in worlds located in the culture. The communities in which passes most of the time, like the work, and the institution, constitutes a ¿hipper reality¿ that interprets and determines the ¿Ego¿; The ¿Ego¿ in consequence become ¿Ego¿ in the relationships and this relationships are social. The study establishes the ways in that an individual builds and gives sense to the ¿relational Ego¿ in a certain historical moment, gives count of the interviewee¿s subjective vision in terms of the «negotiation» among the expressive tendencies of the «Ego» and the demands of the institutional rationality and it captures the entirety of an autobiographical experience in the time and in the institutional space. It is then to characterize the ambiguity, the contradictions, the doubts, the change and the «returned back», of the narration of an «Ego» in intent to discover the interpretation keys in the context of the narration and of the possible world in which this takes place.

    It uses the study of cases and a qualitative methodology of the autobiographical story that it is constituted, starting from the categories of «relational Ego», the «relationship us», the «Ego» located in the culture, ideals and institutional ideological rationality, the action or social performance, continuity and testimonies of the narration and inflection points or crucial events.
