Resumen de Del ayuntamiento borbónico al primer municipio constitucional: el caso de Santiago de Compostela

En este trabajo se analiza el tránsito del régimen municipal de Antiguo Régimen al ayuntamiento constitucional a través del caso compostelano; que se sepa el único de la antigua provincia del mismo nombre donde se implantó tanto el modelo josefista como después el acordado por las Cortes de Cádiz. Se estructura en tres o cuatro apartados, coincidiendo con cada una de las etapas de esa primera transición: la crisis del modelo antiguo, el régimen municipal establecido durante la ocupación francesa, el ayuntamiento constitucional en su primera etapa y la restauración o vuelta al municipio antiguo, en todos los casos incidiendo en las características, elementos de cambio y pervivencias si las hubiera.

In this work the transit of the municipal regime of Old Regime to the constitutional city council through of Santiago case is analyzed; that the only one of the old province of he himself name is known where the model of Jose I like the decided one by Cortes of Cadiz implanted so much later. Structure in three or four sections, agreeing itself with each one of the stages of that first transition: the crisis of the old model, the established municipal regime during the French occupation, the constitutional city council in his first stage and the restoration or return to the old municipality, in all the cases affecting the characteristics, elements of change and continuities if there were them.
