This article is concerned with the translations from the point of the view of theory and empiricism and with the phenomenon of biblical translations in antiquity: the Septuagint, the «Vetus Latina» and the Vulgate. Actually the translators of the Septuagint were doing something virtually without precedent. At once makes the mention of the modern spanish biblical translations.
