    Este trabajo destaca la necesidad y urgencia de conocer a fondo el fi n y sentido de nuestros procedimientos investigativos. Conocer el trasfondo, pre-juicios y condicionamientos epistemológicos redundará, a favor de una profundización y seriedad en la labor investigativa. Conocer esos presupuestos epistemológicos, desde la perspectiva histórica, se convertirá en útil dispositivo de trabajo y en acicate para la investigación.

    This paper highlights the necessity and urgency of thoroughly knowing the end and sense of our investigative procedures. To know the background, pre-trials and epistemological conditionings will redound, in favor of going deeply and seriously in the investigative work. Knowing those epistemological premises, from the historical perspective, it will become a useful work device and an incentive for the investigation.
