Resumen de Los Grupos de Empresas y sus efectos jurídico laborales en el Derecho Comparado

  En este artículo se exponen los resultados de la investigación sobre el tratamiento jurídico laboral de los grupos de empresas en el Derecho Comparado (proyecto de investigación Fondecyt, Núm. 1030788, años 2003-2004), tanto respecto del reconocimiento de dichas entidades como de la atribución de determinados efectos jurídicos. A este efecto se analizan cuatro sistemas jurídicos: dos en el contexto latinoamericano, Argentina y Uruguay, y dos en Europa, España e Italia.

  This article reports the results of our investigation about the juridical labour treatment on the business groups in the Comparative Law (Fondecyt, Nº 1030788, years 2003-2004), as the recognize of this entities as the attribution to legal effects. In this respect, we analyze four juridical systems: two in the Latin-American context, Argentine and Uruguay, and two in Europe, Spain and Italy.
