  Presentamos en este artículo un caso de fascitis nccrotizante antebraquial y cervicofacial simultáneas en un varón de 17 años. Se realiza una revisión de la literatura sobre el tema. Diagnóstico, diagnóstico diferencial y tratamiento son los puntos tratados en el trabajo.

  We present in this paper a case of simultaneous cervicofacial and antebrachial necrotizing fasciitis in a 17 years old male, making a review of the literature. Diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of this infection are the major points treated in this paper.
