  El propósito del presente artículo es establecer el impacto que tienen las innovaciones tecnológicas en las personas que forman parte de las organizaciones. Las reacciones involucradas en la adopción de una determinada tecnología, los cambios de paradigmas que involucran y la necesidad de la participación general de los miembros de la misma.

  Así como también la importancia de las tecnologías de información para la creación de ventajas competitivas en un mercado cada día más globalizado. Obteniéndose como reflexión final que los cambios tecnológicos deben ser adoptados en conjunto con el personal y en concordancia con los intereses de la empresa.

  The intention of the present article is to establish the impact that has the technological innovations in the people who comprise of the organizations. The reactions involved in the adoption of a certain technology, the shifts of paradigms that they involve and the necessity of the general participation of the members of the same one. As well as the importance of the technologies of information for the creation of competitive advantages in a market every day more global. Obtaining itself like final reflection that the technological changes must altogether be adopted with the personnel and in agreement with the interests of the company.
