En este artículo hacemos un estudio de 381 pacientes intervenidos de cáncer de la región orofacial en nuestro hospital. Se valoran los antecedentes e historia clínica del paciente, las características histiológicas y clínicas del tumor a nivel local y regional, el tratamiento realizado, la supervivencia, la evolución y los datos pronósticos de los pacientes.

381 patients with cancer of the orofacial region were treated and followed up in our unit. We have studied the medical history of the patients, the clinical and histopathological features of the tumor, the neck dissection histologic results, and all the interesting data concerning treatment, survival rates, postoperative evolution and prognose of the patients.
