    Este estudio discute los cambios que se demandan en la concepción y cultura del aprendizaje, focalizando la atención sobre el efecto que los nuevos entornos digitales han ejercido sobre el individuo, la educación y la sociedad. La reflexión principal gira en torno de la cultura digital que caracteriza a la Generación Net (personas que para el año 1999 tenían de cero a 20 años) y sus requerimientos de saber o conocimiento y de cómo aprender ese saber hoy y siempre. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y documental, tanto física como digital por Internet. La información recabada hace reflexionar acerca del replanteamiento del tradicional Aprendizaje por Transmisión al Aprendizaje Interactivo demandado en los entornos digitales; que involucran una nueva cultura de sistema educativo, de docencia y aprendizaje, donde esta inmersa el propio individuo, la familia y la sociedad. Esto contribuirá con el entendimiento, aceptación, adaptación, aprovechamiento, desarrollo y vida en un mundo interconectado, digital y comunicado globalmente.

    This study discusses the changes that are demanded in the conception and culture of the learning, focuses the attention on the effect that the new digital environments have cause on the person, the education and the society. The main reflection is over the digital culture that characterizes to the Net generation (people that had from zero to 20 years for the year 1999) and their requirements of knowing or knowledge and of how to learn that knowledge today and always. This research was carried out a bibliographical and documental revision. The information makes us meditate about the change of the traditional transmission learning to the interactive learning defendant in the digital environments; they involve a new culture of educationalsystem, of teaching and learning, where this responsible the own individual, the family and the society. This will contribute with the understanding, acceptance, adaptation, use, development and life in an interconnected world, digital and communicated globally.
