    El autor reflexiona sobre el nuevo contexto del dominio cultural del saber técnico y económico, se produce así una ruptura entre ¿saber¿ y ¿saber hacer¿ que condiciona la idea misma de jurista y, en definitiva, el método jurídico. Ante esta situación no sólo se enumera los riesgos sino que se presentan también las oportunidades.

    The author reflects upon the new context of the cultural domain of technical and economic knowledge. The rupture between the ¿knowing¿ and the ¿knowing how¿ conditions the fundamental concept of jurist and, at the end, of the juridical method. The author enumerates the risks and opportunities that this situation brings.
