Besides, about twenty appendices offer the reader a considerable amount of suplementary information that ranges from Movenjick's business policies to the principal traits that a business director should have, along with the motel industry in France and the United States, Management Schools and the study of Administration in itself.

If Alain Fetis refers to Novotel it's because his report is totally dedicated to the search of the best development policies for hotels and restoration, and he believes that this chain in particular, young and dynamic could be considered a model.

Hotel Managers are able with Fetis' book to think of the future in accordance with the probable tourist evolution, being that this book has been profoundly deliberated and illustrated with examples and documents that are very interesting points of reference.

According to Robert C. Lonati, Secretary General of the world Organization of Tourism that wrote the short but eloquent prologue: -Studies of such quality as the one done by A. Fetis contributes new information of the problems being dealt, they are and deserve to be praised. Thanks to these works of meaningful research and analysis one can arrive at a better understanding of new and always renovated problems that are manifested in this particular área of tourism and as the diéntele structure becomes object of qualitative and quantitative changes.
