    El I.E.T. mantiene anualmente el proyecto de estimación de la balanza de pagos turística, sistema de valoración operacional de las transacciones económicas efectuadas por los no residentes, cuando se relacionan con el turismo español, y por los nacionales al realizar turismo en el extranjero. Se acompaña la presente versión de la balanza de pagos turística correspondiente a 1977, de dos estudios que se recogen como anexos al trabajo. El primero consiste en el análisis y elaboración de un nuevo modelo o metodología para precisar los valores de la demanda turística extranjera. El segundo es el cálculo de la proporción del gasto realizado por los turistas en origen, que por diversas imputaciones del coste es absorbido por los no residentes y, por tanto, no entra a formar parte del volumen de ingresos ocasionados por el turismo.

    Récemment, lTnstitue Espagnol du Tourisme a estimé le Bilan de Payments Touristique (B.P.T.), cette íois ci celui de 1977. Comme le Bilan de 1976, cet étude prétend une meilleure approximation de la réalité, en appliquant une nouvelle méthode de valoration des flux économiques qui doivent se registrer dans le Bilan de Payments qui se typifique comme touristique.

    Le travail comporte trois parties relatives á l'estimation du Bilan de Payements Touristique: une analyse méthodologique du systéme de valoration, le calcul du Bilan des transactions des non-résidents et le Bilan des nationaux et leurs voyages á l'etranger.

    L'investigation s' accompagne de deux annexes qui présentent: le premier une nouvelle méthodologie, se basant sur la mise au point Box-Jenkins, précisant avec rigeur le volumen des entrées qui peuvent se dériver du tourisme étranger en Espagne, ce qui permettra dépurer les series de la B.P.T.; le second, une estimation des dépenses des non-résidents qui restent dans les pays originaires, pour composer les "Inputs" déposés par les entreprises étrangéres (de transport, commissions d'origine, bénéfices T.O., etc.).

    Once again, the Spanish Institute of Tourism has looked into the Touristic Balance of Payments, on this occassion referring to 1977. This study, like the balance for 1976 attempts a deeper knowledge of its reality, applying a new method of evaluating the economical influx that should be the true picture of a touristic balance of payments.

    v*\ The story has three parts relating to the regard of the Touristic Balance of Payments: a methodological analysis of the system of vklue, the calculation of the balance of transactions of non-residents and the balance of Spaniards on their trips outside of Spain.

    The investigation is accompanfed by two appendixes that present: the first a new methodology, based on the Box-Jenkins focus, based oií a system of a more rigorous or pricise volume of income that may be derived from the foreign tourist trade in Spain, allowing therefore depuration of the Touristic Balance of Payments; the second and estímate of the money spend by the non-residents staying in that country, in order to construct or better adjust the "inputs" deposited by foreign firms (transportation, Commission at point of origin, benefits, T.O., etc.).

    Das spanische Touristen-Institut háí erneut die touristische Zahlungsbilanz bewertet, und zwar diesmal in Bezug auf 1977. Dieses Studium, wie auch die Bilanz von 1976, beabsichtigt eine bessere Annaehemng an die Erkenntnisse der Realitaet, unter Anwendung einer neuen Methode der Bewertung der Wirtschaftsfluktuation, welche sich in der Zahlungsbilanz widerspiegeln solí, die ais typisch touristich zu bezeichnen ist.

    Die Arbeit bezieht sich auf die Bewertung der touristischen Zahlungsbilanz und setzt sich aus drei Teilen zusammen: Analyse der Methodik des Bewertungssystems, Kalkulation der Bilanz der Transaktionen von Nicht-Residenten und Bilanz der Reisen von Einheimischen ins Ausland.

    Die Untersuchung wird begleitet von zwei Beilagen, welche das Folgende beinhalten: die eine befasst sich mit der neuen Methodik unter Zugrundelegung der These Box-Jenkins, um mit bestmoeglicher Genauigkeit das Volumen der Einkuenfte erfassen zu koennen ais Ergebnis des auslaendischen Tourismus in Spanien, was wiederum die Serien des touristische Zahlungsbilanz besser abgrenzt; die zweite enthaelt eine Schaetzung der Ausgaben der Nicht-Residenten, die in ihren Ursprungslaendern verbleiben, da diese sich aus den eingegangen "inputs" der auslaendischen Unternehmen zusammensetzen (Abfuhr, Ursprungskommissionen, "T.O."-Gewinne, etc.).
