This article approaches the problem between geographers and economists with regard to the planning and organization of the environment. To highlight the controversy stemming from an exclusivist attitude, the author analyses the evolution of the theory of the envoronment in both subjects. This analysis leads to the pointing out of the specific areas and the individual objectives of each of the sciences, as well as the increasing number of common aspects.
Cet article analyse le probleme existant entre les géographes et les économistes avant la planification et l'ordenation du espace. L'auteur étude l'evolution du concept du espace et la region pour l'une et l'autre sciences et ses nombreux points de contact.
