Resumen de New data on the occurrence of Pontinus kuhlii (Bowdich, 1825)(Osteichthyes: Scorpaenidae) in the Western Mediterranean

• The second documented capture of one specimen of Pontinus kuhlii (Bowdich, 1825) (Osteichthyes: Scorpaenidae) is reported from the Western Mediterranean, including a description of the specimen and formulating a hypothesis about the distribution of this species in the area.
