  • Breeding biology and phenology of Acopias vulpinus (Bonnaterre, 1788) (Squaliformes: Alopiidae) in the north-eastern Atlantic and western Mediterranean. Captures of Alopias vulpinus in the western Mediterranean and north-eastern Atlantic north of parallel 33º N, are described and the possible existence of a nursery areas discussed. We also provide data on size, maturity, embryos per spawning and the morphology of embryos and immatures
