    This is an approach to the problems of Greek mythography through a critical revision of the literature on the theme. The focus is on the concepts and perspectives that influence both the establishment of the corpus and the chronological limits. The analysis of the terminology reveals the pertinence for the configuration of the genre of the philosophical and historiographical debates on the border limits between truth and fiction
