  • The necessity to approach a new structure of tbe penal judicial process, demands, in the Spanisb procedural system, a reform of tbe Prosecution Service ("Ministerio Fiscal"). In order to address tbis reform of the Spanisb Public institution witb guarantees, it can be useful tbe study of tbe role of the Italian Pubblico Ministero. In tbis project, we will analyse tbose aspects of tbe institution in Ita/y tbat coníd be taken into consideration before an eventual reform of tbe Prosecution Service ("Ministerio Fiscal") in Spain.
