El futuro de los partidos políticos de inspiración cristiana según Mounier [LUIS NARVARTE] Si para el personalismo comunitario de Mounier la acción política, es decir, denunciar las injusticias, hacer una buena teoría y vivir una buena práctica es su esencia, para los que minusvaloran las teorías es necesario decirles, según el autor, que sin una buena teoría no hay buena práctica, y que sin pensamiento profundo que oriente la acción se termina adoptando el pensamiento único del único que inunda con su pensamiento. Política y mística son inseparables. Y en esta política-mística hay un eje transversal: el hambre. Hambre de pan o de justicia, pero con el sentimiento y la urgencia que siempre acompañan al hambre. Una opción política sin esta dimensión no puede denominarse como de inspiración cristiana. Me duele, luego existo como ser político-místico. Para esta política hace falta un sujeto con identidad, que sepa quién es, y que tenga un proyecto de sociedad futura. Un sujeto histórico que entienda su centralidad como persona y su papel en la historia. Consecuentemente, todo proyecto politico debe incluir una propuesta de persona y de sociedad. Para Narvarte, está en juego no sólo el futuro de los partidos políticos de inspiración cristiana, sino el de la democracia en sí.

Politics and mysticism are inseparable. And this politics-mysticism has a transversal axis: hunger. Hunger for bread or for justice, but with the feeling of urgency that always goes with hunger. A political option without this option cannot be called a Christian inspiration. I hurt, therefore I exist as a politician-mystic. These politics require a subject with an identity, who knows who he is, and who has a plan for a future society. A historic subject who understands his centrality as a persona and his role in history. Consequently, all political projects must include a proposal for the person and for society. In Narvarte's opinion, not only is the future of Christianity-inspired political parties, but democracy itself.
