    The capitalism without state. Corruption and fight anticorruption in the Russia of the transition Corruption and the fight against it are the two sides of the same coin: the new strategy of building the power in the world, which implies the testing of the capitalism's capacity to keep watch on itself. The unwillingness to fight against corruption among some political leaders doesn't imply a positive support of it, but it is rather the result of their fear that, the end of corruption will bring about the end of the State. Many believe that the alternative could be a world government, but this government doesn't exist yet. The fight against corruption is the conquest of the capitalism without State. Today's Russia is experimenting with a new form capitalism.

    El capitalisme sense estat. Corrupció i lluita anticorrupció a la Rússia de la transició [EDUARD TARNAWSKI] La corrupció i la lluita anticorrupció son dues cares de la mateixa moneda. La nova estratègia de reconstruir Rússia de nou com a potencia mundial, suposa una prova o repte al nou capitalisme per a resoldre determinats problemes. La dificulta, en certa mesura, la desgana de determinats líders polítics, de lluitar contra la corrupció, no suposa, segons l'autor, que els hi donin suport o que recolzin la corrupció, sinó que és resultat d'una certa por atàvica que acaba considerant que la fi de la corrupció pot provocar la fi de l'Estat. Moltes aportacions teòriques creuen que l'alternativa podria ser una espècie de govern mundial, pero aquest govern escara no existeix. La lluita contra la corrupció és la conquesta del capitalisme sense estat. La Rússia d'avui en dia experimenta una nova forma de capitalisme, un nou capitalisme.
