Racism and Corruption Against Europe [RAMON-LUIS ACUÑA] The author of this article argues that recent episodes of racist violence in El Ejido (Spain) and the electoral success of racist parties in several european countries (Austria, Switzerland and France) in one hand, and the manifold political corruption affairs that affect Europe, in the other, are challenging the idea of Europe, that represents the values of democracy and human rights.
