  • Orascom Telecom was established in 1998, and has grown to become a major player in the telecommunications world. One of the largest and most diversified mobile network operators in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, its licenses cover a total population of 460 million people, with an average mobile penetration rate of 16% in its markets.
