Frente a los desafíos impuestos por los sucesos culturales de los últimos siglos, el cristianismo se encuentra ante la coyuntura de enunciar un lenguaje capaz de articulaciones significativas, provocativas y proféticas para nuestro tiempo. El autor presenta en este artículo algunos indicios de la cultura latinoamericana como posibilidad no tanto de resistencia a la espera de tiempos mejores, sino de diálogo creativo y superador con problemas indicados por la modernidad y la pos-modernidad

Facing the challenges that the cultural processes of the last centuries impose, the Christianity is in front of the need of articulating a language able to express significative, provocative and prophetical contents as to be suitable for the time we are living. The author presents in this article some clues of the Latin American culture not as the possibility of a resistance waiting for better days in the future but as a creative and overcoming dialogue about the problems that the modernism and post-modernism have pointed out.
