  • [SALVADOR CARDÚS I ROS] The fact of still being talking about national reconstruction may led us to think that either one starts to be tired of being <> talking about the national or the acknowledgement of being in front of a process about to be extinguished, as if we were referring, as an example, to those who <> go to Church.

    This is not at all the author's point of view at the time of analysing and these are not his politic feelings, either. Perhaps this is not the suitable occasion to do it very exhaustively but, if necessary, beyond the point of view of the nationalism many reasons could be given for leaving behind some possible analytical or political perspectives done on the defensive. Some of these reasons prove to be conclusive by simply constating them empirically and some them are theoric-ideological. Some of them can be found in the analysis of the internal situation as well as in the analysis of the external situation, even at an international extent. However, above all, the author states that there are subjective personal policies, and he also believes that there are some which are col.lective, more than enough to keep on considering that we owe a national reconstruction to this country which, practically, hasn't even got the foundations of the building. To sum up; he does not deny the possibility that soon we can change that suspicious <> used in the paragraph above which was added to any thought about the national project and replace it by an, at least, <>
