    Los nuevos retos en materia de seguridad que afronta el mundo hoy tienen como consecuencia que los ciudadanos pidan a sus Gobiernos respuestas. En este sentido el artículo analiza diversos aspectos relacionados con el régimen jurídico del Centro Nacional de Inteligencia en España, así como una breve aproximación al resto de Organismos del Estado que cumplen las mismas funciones. Se incide además en la coordinación entre ellos como factor esencial para lograr los adecuados niveles de eficacia a la luz de las experiencias de otros países. Además, se abordan materias de organización interna del Centro a la luz de la normativa que son poco conocidas... (Leer más) y de evidente interés desde el punto de vista, tanto de la salvaguarda de los derechos individuales, como de la regulación administrativa en sus vertientes organizacional, presupuestaria o de gestión de personal. Se pretende así dar una visión de conjunto que abarca varias disciplinas con el objeto de conocer desde el punto de vista jurídico y administrativo uno de los órganos del Estado menos conocidos por razones obvias, pero que desarrolla unas labores de vital importancia para el país.

    The new security challenges that the world faces today have the consequence that citizens ask answers to their governments. Hence, the article analyses different aspects related to the legal system of the National Intelligence Center (CNI) in Spain, as well as it makes a brief approach to the other organizations of the state that carry out the same functions. The article underlines the coordination between them as the key point to get the right levels or efficiency in the light of the experiences in other countries. Moreover, the text deals with subjects about the internal organization of the Center, according to its legal system, which are not... (Leer más) very well known. Those subjects are very interesting from the point of view of maintaining the individual rights, as well as taking into account the administrative regulation in its organizational, financial or human resources management dimensions. Thus, the target is to give a whole view of the Center that ranges over various disciplines, in order to know, from the legal and administrative point of view, one of the obviously less known organizations of the State, whose tasks are nevertheless of vital importance to the country.
