    El ángel se halla inserto en el proceso de conocimiento del mundo y de sí mismo que lleva a cabo el poeta. Este conocimiento se halla en el nombre. Por ello, el poeta convierte su vida en una lucha por el nombre. El ángel o la palabra oblicua se mueve entre la visibilidad y la no visibilidad, entre el decir y el callar, entre lo audible y el silencio, entre lo preferido y lo indecible en un eterno retorno al origen y, una vez alcanzado éste, en un retorno melancólico a la palabra esencial que habita el hombre.

    Ésta lo vincula a Dios por un deseo no extinguible de reconstruir y vivenciar el lenguaje original.

    The angel is found inserted into the process which the poet has undertaken of the understanding of himself and of the world. This understanding is found in the name. For that reason the poet converts his life into a fight for the name. The angel or the oblique word moves between the visibility and the invisibility, between the speech and the silence, between the audible and the no audible, between the chosen and the undescribable, in a never ending return to the origin and once this is achieved, into a melancholic return to the essencial word which dwells in the person. This links him to God by an unextinguishable desire to reconstruct and live the original language.
