    El sector privado puede contribuir a la creación de capital social: propiciando la creación de asociaciones y multiplicando los servicios de agentes intermediarios que buscan mejorar las relaciones entre las empresas, fomentando de forma permanente formas de cooperación, cultivando la confianza mutua entre los actores organizacionales, desplegando un comportamiento constructivo y creador, impulsando la presencia de valores comunes, reforzando la afirmación de la identidad personal, familiar y colectiva e impulsando el crecimiento de la autoestima en la misma experiencia. En este trabajo se describen los principales hitos que se han vivido en la comarca de Lea Artibai de la que se han derivado importantes resultados desde el punto de vista del desarrollo económico y bienestar social y en los que la clave ha residido en el trabajo conjunto y coordinado de jóvenes promotores que ha tenido continuidad en el tiempo a través de diferentes formas de impulsar el desarrollo comarcal, y que constituyen claros ejemplos de la efectividad del capital social como agente transformador del entorno. Este artículo se centrará fundamentalmente en el papel jugado por la Escuela Profesional Lea Artibai, organización que desde su origen fue creada para actuar ¿buscando en todo momento la representatividad comarcal y la integración de diferentes agentes¿, en pro de la competitividad del capital social y económico de la comarca.

    Sektore pribatuak gizarte kapitala sortzen lagun dezake: elkarteak sortzea erraztuz eta enpresen arteko erlazioak hobetzea lortu nahi duten eragile bitartekarien zerbitzuak ugarituz, etengabe sustatuz lankidetza- formak, organizazioetako eragileen arteko elkarrekiko konfiantza landuz, jarrera konstruktiboa eta sortzailea hedatuz, balio komunen presentzia bultzatuz, norberaren, familiaren eta kolektiboaren izaera baieztatzea indartuz eta autoestimuaren hazkundea sustatuz esperientzia berean. Lan horretan Lea-Artibai eskualdeko mugarri nagusiak deskribatzen dira, garapen ekonomikoaren eta gizarte-ongizatearen ikuspegitik emaitza garrantzitsuak izan dituztenak eta eskualdeko garapena sustatzeko modu desberdinen bitartez denboran jarraipena izan duen gazte sustatzaileen baterako lan koordinatua gako izan duten eta gizarte kapitalak ingurua eraldatzeko eragile gisa duen eraginkortasunaren adibide argiak direnak. Artikulu horrek arreta nagusiki Lea-Artibai lanbide-heziketako ikastetxeak izan duen paperean jarriko du organizazio hori hasieratik ¿beti eskualdearen ordezkagarritasuna eta eragile desberdinen integrazioa bilatuz¿ eskualdeko gizarte kapital eta ekonomikoaren lehiakortasunaren alde jarduteko sortu baitzen.

    The private sector can contribute to the creation of social capital: favouring the creation of the associations and multiplying the services of the intermediary agents who look for to improve the relations between the enterprises, promoting in a permanent way, forms of co-operation, cultivating mutual confidence between the organisational actors, spreading out a constructive and creative behaviour, promoting the presence of the common values, reinforcing the affirmation of the personal, familial and collective identity, encouraging the growth of the self estimation in the same experiment. In this study, there will be described the principal hits which were lived in the area of Lea Artibai, the one from which, have derived important results from the point of view of the economic development and social well-being, and in which the clue was settled in the whole co-ordinate work of young promoters, that has earned continuity at the time through the different forms of promoting the regional development, and constitutes clear examples of effectiveness of the social capital as a transforming agent of the environment.
