Resumen de Influencia de la "Cuestión Femenina" en la educación de enfermería en Colombia

  Este trabajo se inicia con la presentación de las herencias recibidas por la profesión de enfermería en Colombia a comienzos del Siglo XX: la herencia religiosa, la femenina, la militar y un complejo de herencias de carácter étnico. Las etapas establecidas para contemporizar el análisis corresponden a hitos o momentos cruciales en el desarrollo del país, con influencia decisiva en la evolución de la profesión en Colombia. Seguidamente se hace el análisis de la herencia femenina en las cuatro etapas establecidas por la autora: de 1900 a 1934, de 1935 a 1954, de 1955 a 1974 y de 1975 hasta la fecha. El análisis está centrado en la influencia de la ¿cuestión femenina¿ en un aspecto significativo de la historia de la enfermería colombiana, sus procesos educativos, sin evitar alusiones a las otras herencias: religiosa, militar y étnica, ya que todas ellas están muy entrelazadas. Finalmente se presentan a manera de conclusiones, algunas tendencias actuales y perspectivas.

  This work begins with the presentation of the inheritance received by the profession of nursing in Colombia at the beginning of the twentieth century: the religious inheritance, the feminine, the military and a complex inheritance of ethnic character. The periods established tend to comply with the analysis of a landmark or a crucial moment in the development of the country, which had a decisive influence in the evolution of the profession in Colombia. Then, it¿s made the analysis of the feminine inheritance in the four periods established by the author: from 1900 to1934, from 1935 to 1954, from 1955 to 1974 and from 1975 up to date.

  The analysis is focused on the influence of the ¿feminine inquiry¿ as a significant aspect of the nursing history in Colombia, its educational process, considering other inheritances as religion, military and ethnic, since all of them are interdependent. Finally, it presents as conclusions some actual tendencies and perspectives.
