    No es fácil definir el clima; se han dado numerosas definiciones. El concepto de Sistema Climático es esencial para llegar a un claro concepto de clima y su estabilidad. El autor lo relaciona con la circulación general atmosférica y se analiza el diferente papel de la variable tiempo en la Climatología y en la Meteorología dinámica

    Climate is not an easy to define concept; on the past, several definitions have been proposed. The concept of a climitic system composed by atmosphere, hidrosphere, litosphere, criosphere and biosphere is essential to get a clear conception of the climate and its stability. The author relates hereby to the general circulation of the atmosphere with some aspects of the climate. The different role of the «time» in problems of general climatology versus dinamic meteorology are discussed.
