    En el artículo se reflexiona acerca de tres ideas-clave sobre el medio ambiente planetario: 1) la inexistencia de fronteras; 2) la finitud y fungibilidad de los recursos terrestres; y 3) la sospecha de que la actuación antrópica habitual es capaz ya de alterar significativamente el medio a escala planetaria. Se proponen tres medidas para preservar el medio: el ahorro energético e hídrico, el disponer de leyes generales sobre el medio y la obligatoriedad de la educación ambiental

    Three key-ideas about the planetary environment -1) inexistence of borders; 2) the finite and consumable character of the terrestrial resources; and 3) the capacity of the ordinary anthropic action to produce significative changes in the global environment— are discussed. Three actions to preserve the environment — energetic and hydric saving, to have general laws on environment and the obligatority of environmental education— are proposed.
