    Si de verdad creemos que la tarea de los profesionales de la docencia es la de educar en su sentido más amplio del término a través de la creación de un microclima que aliente a nuestros alumnos/as a trasladar al 3º tiempo pedagógico hábitos y actitudes constructivas, reflexivas y autónomas que sean útiles para mejorar la sociedad, debemos modificar el actual sistema organizativo y estructural de los centros. Es un reto, por tanto, hacer del centro una "fábrica de vida", gestionándola pedagógicamente.

    If we really believe that the task of the professionals of education isthe idea of educating in the wider sense of the term through the creation of a personal context that encourages our students to transferthe 3rd time pedagogical habits and constructive, reflexive and autonomous attitudes that are useful to improve society, we should modifythe current system of organizing and structuring centres.
