El derecho fundamental de toda persona al matrimonio, puede verse obstaculizado cuando quien lo ejerce es inmigrante. El presente trabajo recoge algunos de los obstáculos que han existido en el Derecho español tanto en la etapa de la España emigrante como ahora, cuando somos tierra de inmigración.

The fundamental right of all individuals to marry can be held up when the one who exercises it is an immigrant. The present paper takes up some of the obstacles which have existed in the Spanish laws when Spain was a country of emigration and now when we have become a land of immigration.
