    Après avoir recueilli, rapidement, tant l'origine de l'abréviation, que les méthodes inventées par l'homme pour abréger, nous croyons nécessaire une révision méthodologique sur celles-ci. Ensuite, il est possible qu'une abréviation soit plus qu'un élément "exotique" dans un texte. Elle peut constituer un indicateur d'une bonne ou mauvaise connaissance du code alphabétique à un moment determiné, c'est a diré, l'abréviation comme indicateur culturel
