• The present article describes the methodology for studying the environmental impact due to odour emissions, showing with a real case the results can be obtained, its reading and the measures to be adopted for minimising the odour impact in the surroundings. An odour study permits the selection of the economic inversions in odour minization maesures, the estimation of the odour annoyance in the surroundings, the calculation of the odour removing efficiency of the cleaning equipments and to model and estimate the results can be obtained with potential measures for removing the odours
