  • The last proposal for the "Directive of the European Parliament and Council about Evaluation and Management of Environmental Noise" recently presented a result of the conclusions of "The Green Book of the European Commision about Future Policy Against Noise"- sets the basis of what should be, once approved the directive, the measures to adopt in order to know the acustic situation of the countries in the European Community. This article pretends to go through history and present the novelties which reflect the directive and the existing problems for its real aplication
