  • The article's aim lies on showing up the main points of both legal texts and underlines their similarities and differences connected to the current management of the SIG (Private system for collection, sorting and recycling) both Germany and Spain. Especial attention will be paid so as to fairly assess both normatives, bearing in mind the differences between two countries with their own economic, social and legal background
